Kick Start FC
In 2023 Solent Sports joined forces with local mental health charity Kick Start FC.
Founded in 2020, Kick Start FC encourages people to ‘tackle the mind’ through the power of football. With a football pitch as our ‘safe space’ we are providing peer support to people who are struggling with poor mental health and mental ill health.
