What we do in the Southampton East area
In Southampton we have several recreational football nights, a league team, a vets team and a charity team, we play at a number of venues located between the rivers Itchen and Hamble. Please contact us for more information.
Recreational Football
We offer recreational football nights for both men and women. Social, casual, low contact football matches. All abilities and fitness levels welcome.
Recreational Football is played at the following venues.
Monday 8-9pm, Womens Rec at Oasis Mayfield School.
Thursday 7:30-8:30pm, Womens Rec at Springwell School.
Friday, 7-8pm, Mens Rec at Oasis Mayfield School.

Walking Football
We offer a mixed walking football session for players who struggle to access running football due to mobility issues. These sessions are for both men and women.
Social, casual, low contact football matches. All abilities and fitness levels welcome.
These are held at Springwell School on a Tuesday evening. 7-8 pm.
